As a gift to my local community (Caledon Ont.), I offer a program called "Reflections on the Life of the Spirit".

Reflections on the Life of the Spirit is a program offered world wide through thousands of trained facilitators. It is the best program I've seen for developing spiritual and human capacity by encouraging growth through study, collaboration, mindfulness and sharing.

As a gift to local communities, facilitators offer this program at no cost, except, in some cases, you may have to pay for a very in-expensive workbook ($3 in Canada). As a facilitator of this program, I am offering to members of my local community as a gift and I encourage anyone who wants to know more about the program to click on the link below, whether you are in my local community or not. I will share answers to questions on the program and information on how to participate in the course if you are in another community or country.
