At the human level, all aspects of life; at home, at work, at play, are all enhanced when we feel better about the people we are with. 

Most of what we do as human beings is actually when we are alone. At the same time, it is highly influenced by what our attention is focused on. If all we can think about is what someone else did to us, or how something we encountered is someone else's fault, it becomes very difficult to forge solid relationships and we may find ourselves highly judgemental towards others. This is particularly true in marriages, in the work place, towards management or staff, depending on your perspective.

It is natural that we make judgements about others. It is almost impossible not to. And at the same time, any negative focus in our lives, and especially those area related to people we cannot fully understand or control will make our lives seem much more challenging. 

When we have problems at home with children or spouses, when we have challenges at work with managers or co-workers, when we feel pressured to do things we don't want to do, we begin a pattern of blaming others for actions we feel forced to take.  

The vision of "Working All Together" is of a world where we all get along better with each other. Where work places are harmonious, where marriages don't break down, where children are both creative and respectful of parents and others, where diversity is accepted. It is a world where each of us has the potential to live with knowledge, understanding and wisdom in relationship to those around us.

Our goal is to provide in-site, ideas, tools, exercises and skills that will help leaders become better leaders, spouses to become better spouses, team members to become better team members.
